Academie la Saline was founded in 2009 with the mission to nourish the bodies, minds and souls of the children of Jubilee Blanc. It strives to give its students those things which cannot be taken from them: knowledge to empower them with problem-solving skills and life options, and a Christian education to provide a solid spiritual foundation and teach them the love of Jesus.

The Academie now has over 130 students in PK-3 though 6th grade, and sponsors graduates to attend Haitian secondary school. 

K-3 through elementary students are taught a Christ-centered curriculum which includes:
